"Too Close to Expiration"
I was disappointed because the stuff I got was already close to expiring, and honestly, yeah, no, I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Works fine for me so far"
I’ve had a good experience with it up to now. My orders went through without any issues, which is really what I care about most. I do wish the updates came a little faster though, because I like knowing exactly where my stuff is without having to wait around.

"Arrived on time, but packaging could be better"
My order showed up on time, and all the bottles were sealed, so that was good. Umm, the outer box did have one corner smashed and there was some loose packing inside, but thankfully nothing leaked or broke. I would’ve given it 5 stars if the packaging had been a little sturdier.

The product itself was fine, but the packaging felt kind of off to me. There were extra layers and pieces that seemed unnecessary, and it made the whole unboxing feel a little awkward.

I tried placing an order on supplementfirst, but a few of the things I actually needed were out of stock. What made it more annoying was that some items looked available on the site, but then when I went to check out, suddenly they weren’t. Like, come on, if it’s not available, just say that upfront. It’s super frustrating when you’re trying to get everything in one order and end up having to hunt around somewhere else anyway. Hopefully they get their inventory updates figured out because that part was a pain.

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
The site technically works, but using it on my phone was annoying. Browsing felt clunky, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. It took way longer than it should have to find what I wanted. I also reached out about the issue and never got any follow-up, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I did end up getting it eventually though it took longer than I expected and I was starting to wonder what was going on, but in the end it showed up so I guess it worked out.

"Codes worked, but not as promised"
The codes did work, so I’ll give them that, but the savings were disappointing. It felt like they made it sound like I’d be getting a much better deal, and then when I actually checked out, the discount was barely noticeable. I just don’t like when something is hyped up and promised to save you a lot, but the reality doesn’t really match.

"Payment kept failing for no reason"
i mean, I was just trying to place a normal order on Supplement First, but the payment page kept glitching out. My card works fine and I use it all the time, so it was annoying when it failed twice and then looked like the charge might still be pending.
I ended up calling my bank just to make sure I wasn’t charged for something that didn’t even go through. it was more stressful than it needed to be, and checkout really shouldn’t be that messy...

I’ve been using Supplement First’s autoship for a few months now, and it’s been hassle-free. Once I figured out where everything was in my account, changing the shipment date or skipping an order was no big deal.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the reminder email came a bit sooner. I almost missed the chance to pause one order. But overall, it works well and saves me from having to remember to reorder every time...

"Not the deals they made it sound like"
I ordered from them once and it went fine overall, but it didn’t live up to what they seemed to promise. They make it sound like you’re going to save a lot, but the prices weren’t really that much better than other sites. A few items were a decent deal, but others definitely weren’t. Once shipping got added in, it kind of ruined the whole bargain they were advertising...

Managing my account was straightforward overall. I did have to spend a little longer than expected changing a few details, which was annoying, but nothing too dramatic. "Just didn’t do anything for me"
I ordered from supplementfirst.com hoping this would actually make a difference, but I just didn’t notice any real results. I used it the way the label said and stuck with it until the bottle was gone.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt like a waste. I wouldn’t buy it again.

At first I thought the prices were actually reasonable, and they still kind of were. But then the taxes and extra fees showed up right at checkout, which was annoying. I get that fees happen, but I wish they’d been shown earlier so it didn’t feel like a surprise at the last second.

I tried reaching out about my order and didnt get much of a response. I sent a couple emails, waited a few days, and still never got a clear update. Its frustrating when all you need is a quick answer. Id probably think twice before ordering again if support is always this slow.

I ordered from Supplement First and everything showed up exactly as I picked it out. No missing bottles, no random wrong items thrown in, which is always a relief. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but hey, at least the order was correct when it got here.
